บทคัดย่อ

             การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง(ปวส.)ประเภทวิชาอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอ จากวิทยาลัยเทคนิคโพธารามตามความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ         โดยจำแนกตามขนาดของสถานประกอบการในเขตจังหวัดราชบุรี
                กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือสถานประกอบการทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอและเครื่องนุ่งห่ม จำนวน 17 แห่ง โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่ 1 กลุ่มสถานประกอบการขนาดกลาง และกลุ่มที่ 2 กลุ่มสถานประกอบการขนาดใหญ่ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย เจ้าของกิจการ จำนวน 1 คน, ผู้จัดการโรงงาน จำนวน 8 คน, ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบุคคล จำนวน 8 คน, หัวหน้าฝ่าย จำนวน 2 คน, หัวหน้าแผนก จำนวน 9 คน, หัวหน้างาน จำนวน 6 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 34 คน
                เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า สอบถามเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จอาชีวศึกษา 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็น  ด้านความรู้และทักษะวิชาชีพ  ด้านบุคลิกภาพ  และด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณในการทำงาน
                สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Statistical Package for the Social Sciences/Personal Computer plus ( SPSS/PC+ )
                ผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับความต้องการคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง(ปวส.)ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ของสถานประกอบการทั้ง 2 ขนาด อยู่ในระดับ มาก   คือ ลำดับที่ 1 คุณลักษณะด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณในการทำงาน  ลำดับที่ 2 คุณลักษณะด้านความรู้และทักษะวิชาชีพ  ลำดับที่ 3 คุณลักษณะด้านบุคลิกภาพ  และลำดับที่ 4 คุณลักษณะด้านความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็น
                เมื่อพิจารณาผลการวิเคราะห์รายข้อในแต่ละด้านปรากฏผลการวิจัยดังนี้

                ด้านความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็น พบว่าสถานประกอบการมีความต้องการคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษามากเป็นอันดับหนึ่ง มีความสนใจและติดตามงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย  และคุณลักษณะที่ต้องการเป็นอันดับสุดท้ายได้แก่ มีความรู้และทักษะในการใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศ
                ด้านความรู้และทักษะวิชาชีพ พบว่าสถานประกอบการมีความต้องการคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษามากเป็นอันดับหนึ่งคือ มีความสามารถปฏิบัติงานด้วยความรวดเร็ว ถูกต้อง และเหมาะสม  และคุณลักษณะที่ต้องการเป็นอันดับสุดท้ายได้แก่ มีความรู้พื้นฐานที่ได้มาตรฐานตามสาขาวิชาชีพที่สำเร็จ
                ด้านบุคลิกภาพ พบว่าสถานประกอบการมีความต้องการคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษามากเป็นอันดับหนึ่งคือมีความสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี และคุณลักษณะ ที่ต้องการเป็นอันดับสุดท้ายได้แก่ มีการแต่งกายที่เหมาะสมกับกาลเทศะ
                ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณในการทำงาน พบว่าสถานประกอบการมีความต้องการคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษามากเป็นอันดับหนึ่งคือ มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต และคุณลักษณะที่ต้องการเป็นอันดับสุดท้ายได้แก่ มีความเมตตา กรุณาต่อเพื่อนร่วมงานและบุคคลทั่วไป
การเปรียบเทียบเกี่ยวกับความต้องการคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จอาชีวศึกษาทั้ง 4 ด้าน ของสถานประกอบการในจังหวัดราชบุรีพบว่า สถานประกอบการที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีความต้องการคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จอาชีวศึกษาโดยรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งไม่สอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

ABSTRACT

                    The purpose of this research was to study the characteristics of the graduated in textile diploma needed by the enterprises in Ratchaburi Province according to the requirements of the enterprises categorizer by the size of industry.
The research samples consisted of 17 textile and clothing private  enterprises  and divided in to two groups : medium – size and large – size industries . The total of  samples  subject are 34. They are  one owner ;  8  factory managers , 8  personal manager, 2 head of section , 9 head of department, and 6 supervisor, the total of 34 samples subject.
                    The research instrument used in this study was a rating scale questionnaire which inquired the needed of higher vocational certificate graduated in four aspects namely skills for life or soft skills, skills for work, personality, code of conduct for work virtue and morality.
                   Statistics used to analyses the data were percentage, arithmetic mean (X) standard deviation (S.D.) and the programmed computer SPSS/PC(Statistical package for the social Sciences/ personal computer plus) was employed.
                   The research result concerning the needed of desirable characteristics of the higher vocational certificate graduated in all four aspects revealed the all two groups the enterprises needed the desirable characteristic of the graduates in all four aspects with agreement at high level and when they were categorized on the bass of four aspects of needs; it code of conduct for work virtue and morality, skills for work, personality, skills for life or soft skills.                                                                                                    But when sorting out the aspects into each side, it was found that:
                   Skills for life or soft skills, it was found that the most desirable characteristics of the higher vocational certificate graduates was the ability to follow up the assignments , The least was the skill in using foreign languages.
                   In skills for work, it was found that the most desirable characteristics of the higher vocational certificate graduates was the ability to accomplish the task quickly, accurately and appropriately. The least was having basic knowledge of the career.
                   In Personality, it was found that the most desirable characteristics of the higher vocational certificate graduated was the the capability to work with colleagues. The least was dressing neatly and appropriately for a particular occasion.
                   In code of conduct for work virtue and morality, it was found that the most desirable characteristics of the higher vocational certificate graduated was the honesty. The least was the generosity to colleagues and people in general.
In comparison with the needs of the graduated in all four aspects of the enterprises in Ratchaburi  Province, it was found that the different size of industry needed the desirable characteristics of the higher vocational certificate graduates in all four aspects were in significant which did not correspond to the hypothesis stated.
